General Provisions

Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

Terms on Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members at jk99 have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit + bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• The same person or household may claim each offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• jk99 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus offer.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted while a bonus is still active, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings will be cancelled.

Member's Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any deposit balance remaining at the time of closure is withdrawable, however if the wagering requirements for bonus funds have not been met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
